In the kitchen, I now have a hook for medical masks. Who would have thought?
Yesterday, Neil and Marilyn came by and gave us a dozen eggs from their chickens at their "farm" in Idaho. At first, we stood outside, but then invited them into the foyer, which is spacious, and finally got them up to the apartment. It's a step-by-step process deciding to enter someone else's place. It could kill you or them. Quite thrilling when you think about it.
Then Sam and Sarah and children came with lawn chairs and we sat outside with them on the patio in front of the party room. Lovely summer evening. Louis and Sally told us about the Lego village that is spreading across the dining room table. They recently ordered an electric Lego train with their own money. Elliot went with Henry and friends up to the Freed cabin in Weber and rode horses. What was once a place for Jane and her friends is now being used by our grandsons. Ring around the rosie.
