Gratitude day 4 and then 4 again and again--George and Grandpa

Tom was named after George Thomas, who was president of the U of U in 1939. Why didn't they name him George? Then George would be named after George.

I love the name George as much as I love the ebullient George himself. The only

way it could have been better is if they had named him King George. King George

Plummer. Isn't that perfect? No one ever listens to me. ("And now the name we give him is King George Plummer.") Wouldn't that be the best sacrament meeting

ever? Wouldn't that lift you right out of your normal depressive state? We'd all cry

out: Hallellujah, King George is here! Break out the fizz!

You can tell they're related, these two: George and Thomas. Family is magic. Yes.
