Yesterday, I went to the library and worked on my novel. You'd be surprised how your life falls into place when you do what you were meant to do and not erratically looking for trillos and other escapes. Sigh.
How does one stay on task while writing a novel? Do you schedule hours for the work, or does it just come to you as you sit and tap the keyboard?
I am the Lutheran from rural Kansas who enjoys your blog tremendously. I got to see two tornadoes this evening. I would write about it, but I think that novel's already been written...
Well said.
ReplyDeleteBRAVO! And also WELL-PLAYED! (I'm proud of you.)
ReplyDeleteAll the same, those trillos looked good right?

So exciting--the novel's progress and people watching in the library. The two go hand in hand.
