I signed up for Pinterest, so I could put up my images. I have a folder of images, a lot of them of rooms and houses.
Here's the thing. I can't get the "Pin it" up to my Bookmark Bar. I've followed the directions for Safari very carefully but to no avail.
Now I get messages that I have all kinds of followers for Pinterest.
Hopeless! Absolutely hopeless.
And the kitchen is a mess.
I will listen to a Wallace Stegner novel while I clean up the kitchen.
P.S. Don't you like the ruffled frosting on this cake? From Pinterest!
ooo. I am so going to follow you on pinterest. Good luck getting the 'pin it" on your safari bar.
ReplyDeleteMy kitchen's also a mess. I didn't realize Wallace Stegner would promote cleaner kitchens. I'll try anything.
ReplyDeleteHow does one get an account on Pinterest?
ReplyDeleteKristen, go to Pinterest. com. It will explain itself. My goal is to figure it out before Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteIf you can't see the Pin It button, you have to change the view of your bookmarks. I had to do it in Google Chrome to get it to work. I changed the view somehow. It's much more fun if that works!
ReplyDeleteI am slightly (okay, ridiculously) smitten with Pinterest. It's a little embarrassing how many things I have pinned and how few of them I have actually baked/made/implemented, but the siren song of Pinterest keeps calling me back.
ReplyDeleteHey, you should find a picture of Wallace Stegner and pin it!
i'm going straight to pinterest to follow you. just an fyi - as a mac user i prefer firefox to safari. it has made my life loads happier. last thing - i talked to my mom yesterday about my angst that i didn't get to see you and have lunch with you this summer as i was up in utah to visit. next time. or you can just come down to az again. this time stay at my house. we have a beautiful guest room with it's own attached bathroom. you can even speak to my relief society this time...you choose the topic!
ReplyDeletei tried to find you. what's your pinterest name? oh, and wallace stegner is one of my faves. i think angle of repose is genius.
ReplyDeleteKara Jayne, I agree ANGLE OF REPOSE is brilliant and a heartbreaker. I now have a son who will live in Peoria (after they move out of the Hilton), so I will be staying with him, but thanks for the invitation. I refuse to go in summer, though.
ReplyDeleteI want to fall face forward into my computer screen and eat that cake.
ReplyDeleteCould I follow you on Pinterest? How would I find you?
ReplyDeleteOh, I am Anya's neighbor, if that helps....
