Mountain Dell Massacre

Tom reading about the Pony Express that used to have a station here.

A week ago we drove up to Mountain Dell to have a look/see. All the way up the canyon, we couldn't actually remember the name "Mountain Dell."  

--We're going to that place where the truck drivers used to fall into the resevoir  before Parley's Canyon was redesigned.

--We're going to that place that has a golf course by it. You remember that golf course? Sam used to work there, so he could golf for free.

--Yeah, but what is the name? Mountain Meadow?

--No, that's the massacre.

--Washington Park is close by where we used to have ward picnics.

--Medallion?

--Moriancumer?

You just have to live with the madness of old age.
