My whole house is asleep except for my dog who is chewing on a pencil. I love spending my own minutes reading your blog. I caught up. I tried to concentrate on the rest of the posts, but my brain got hijacked on the letter to your mother. I'm so glad your blog is out there for us random folk to encounter.

I love this picture of your dad. I wish we were more dignified these days.

I could literally feel the kindness beaming out of the kindergarten teacher's eyes!

Did your Mom knit that set for you? It's hard to find bonnets like that now. Your dad did look dignified. And thrilled with his baby girl.

Handsome dad. I love your pointy little hat. Reminds me of the Munchkin hats in the Wizard of Oz. Can't go wrong with that.
