Not so busy to very busy

My life has moved from not so busy to very busy. I'm trying to keep from falling over the edge into way too busy, take me to the hospital and inject me with Ativan, busy.

I do know how to say no. I need to go to bed earlier. I mean, seriously. I have an active social life, and now a work life, church job, watercolor life.

I must absolutely not get sick. Early to bed and an extra vitamin C at night.
No sickness. No no no.

How do you stay productively busy without falling into the abyss?

  1. Sleep. It's the only thing that keeps me sane.

  2. Sleep, massage and Emer-gen-C because it is cheap, comes in great flavors and is a simple way to take massive amounts of Vit. C, B and a bunch of other minerals. I like to mix the tangerine flavor packet with a glass of orange juice. It is double citrus. Yum.

  3. Go to bed early, wake up early. Pray first thing and take a shower second and eat a real breakfast third. That's the golden trifecta in my life.

  4. A cup of tea in the morning accompanied with a thirty minute, guilt free, perusal of my favorite blogs (like this one).

    Also, swimming.

  5. Hmm...I thought she was talking about the abyss of too-busyness. I don't have any answers. Sure am hoping someone else here does.
