
I do know how to say no. I need to go to bed earlier. I mean, seriously. I have an active social life, and now a work life, church job, watercolor life.
I must absolutely not get sick. Early to bed and an extra vitamin C at night.
No sickness. No no no.
How do you stay productively busy without falling into the abyss?
Sleep. It's the only thing that keeps me sane.

ReplyDeleteSleep, massage and Emer-gen-C because it is cheap, comes in great flavors and is a simple way to take massive amounts of Vit. C, B and a bunch of other minerals. I like to mix the tangerine flavor packet with a glass of orange juice. It is double citrus. Yum.
ReplyDeleteGo to bed early, wake up early. Pray first thing and take a shower second and eat a real breakfast third. That's the golden trifecta in my life.
