Manhattan apartment gem: $1195 w/elevator

This 2-room studio (550 sq. feet) is at 600 W. 218th Street. Cross the river to the north and you're in the Bronx and the world's most understocked Target. What is so hot about this apartment is that it is on the corner of 218th Street and Indian Road. Indian Road is across from Inwood Park and Harlem Meer (water). It's on the park. The Indian Road Cafe is the best,
and it's a third mile from the #1 train. The Cloisters are a half mile away. This part of Inwood is quiet, tree-lined and charming. Such a good deal.
